Rip Curl Challenge La Nord - Fifth Edition
The Rip Curl Challenge La Nord was held last January, 7, 2018 in 9ft clean waves on Hossegor’s famous break.
This fifth edition was a success as the storm calmed down on the weekend, allowing the contest to be run, with people gathering to watch the riders in action. Anglet surfer Pierre Rollet put on a great performance, winning in surfing and getting second in SUP, just behind fellow Basque Peio Lizarazu.
