Matt Biolos Talks Padang Quivers For Rip Curl Cup

Master shaper Matt Biolos has been crafting boards for the world’s top surfers for over 30 years. The San Clemente-based craftsman known as Mayhem was recently in Bali shaping boards for several athletes to ride in the Rip Curl Cup.

Among the surfers who will be riding Biolos’ shapes at Padang in 2017 are last year’s finalists, Mason Ho and Damien Hobgood, as well as champion tube riders like Bruce Irons and Bali’s Bol Adi Putra.
