How long will my delivery take?

We try our best to ship all orders received before 12pm (AEST) the same day. All other orders are shipped the next business day. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email notification with a unique tracking code.

How does your European Standard Delivery service work?

We are partnered with GLS to ensure safe & secure delivery of your items. European orders are shipped from Hossegor, France and usually arrive in 3-4 business days. All items are trackable.

How does your European Express Delivery service work?

We are partnered with DHL to ensure safe & secure delivery of your items. European orders are shipped from Hossegor, France and usually arrive in 2 business days. All items are trackable and require signature on delivery.

How much cost the delivery?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. If you are in a hurry, we also use Express Delivery with an additional cost.

Can I have my order shipped internationally?

No. We can only ship to Europe. The following regional websites can be used to find out more information about Rip Curl in other parts of the globe.

What is your returns policy?

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Rip Curl online purchase simply return it to us following our procedures and within 21 days of receipt and we will issue you an exchange or full refund for the product.

Do I pay the postage costs when returning something to Rip Curl?

Rip Curl will cover postage costs for any items which are faulty and still under warranty. The postage on all other returns or exchanges must be paid by the customer.

How do I send a watch back for repair?

To have your watch assessed, or battery/band replaced by our technicians, please follow the steps below.

  • Please send it to Rip Curl Service Centre, 407 av. de la Tuilerie, 40150 Soorts-Hossegor
  • Include all of your contact details especially an email address
  • A brief description about the issue
  • Any previous job numbers if you have returned a watch before
  • A copy of the proof of purchase (if it is a warranty claim)
  • Package it so it will not get damaged in the post
  • Please send it registered post so you can track it

The technicians will send you an email with their findings and whether it is covered by warranty or not, at this point you can decide whether or not to go ahead with the work. You can click on the link to pay online, or call our customer service centre and pay over the phone if there is a cost involved.

If it says 'Find a Store' does that mean I can't buy it online?

When you see 'Find a Store' that means we are out of the colour and size you have selected. If you would still like to purchase this item you can contact your nearest Rip Curl Store, and ask them to do a search on what stores in your area may have stock remaining.

What payment types do you accept?

Our secure payment system accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.

Can I use Rip Curl Gift Vouchers Online?

Sorry, no. Rip Curl Gift Vouchers are for use in our retail stores.

Can I purchase a Gift Voucher for the online store?

Not right at the moment. Rip Curl only has Gift Vouchers for use in our retail stores and these must be purchased from our retail stores.

Is Rip Curl Footwear in Australian or USA sizes?

Our footwear is in US sizes. As a guide, US and Australian sizes are the same.

Can I purchase directly from the Warehouse?

No. But the good news is that Rip Curl retailers can, so ask your local store if they can help get the item you need in.

How can I recycle my old wetsuit?

Rip Curl is a strong advocate for recycling and recommend donating your old wetsuits to local surf schools or even high schools who use material in arts classes. Unfortunately we can not accept used wetsuits at Rip Curl.
